cellular photography
it was a couple of months ago that i traded my fancy phone and data calling plan in for the most basic option available. no more email or internet on my phone. no more facebook either.
i'm not going to lie, the adjustment was tough but it saved me about $100 a month so it was a no-brainer. i had some major withdrawals though and fought intense feelings of loneliness and desperation quite often but, i made it through.
it wasn't until recently that these feelings resurfaced as i realized i couldn't get the photos from my phone to the computer without email. i expressed these frustrations verbally at a family gathering and my cute sister-in-law quickly piped in and told me all about online albums.
thank you ann. i would have never been able to share such quality photography if it weren't for you and your knowledge of image sharing.
there is a super cool randomness about cellular photography. it was funny to look back at these photos. here's a taste of the moments i felt were worthy of still life. i say a "taste" simply because i have a shameful habit of taking pictures of people who make me laugh. people i don't know and who i am making fun of. i'm only sharing one of these. the others make me look a little snotty and i wouldn't want anyone to get that opinion of me. because naturally, i'm the least snotty person you'll ever meet.
enjoy.
not only is she the only kid i know who puts herself down for a nap, she chose to do so in my bed, after i made it.

brothers watching the airplanes (we get a lot being so close to camp williams). gavin says "vroom."

and then this guy from the mall. the kids got a kick out him. i'm such a good example. too bad the picture doesn't do him justice.
