counting down

in a very short amount of time we will board a plane to hawaii for trav and lindsay's nuptials! the kids are counting down with just as much enthusiasm as i am although i'm not nearly as excited about the plane ride as they (think) they are. it's been a very long time since my family has been anywhere on vacation together and i'm so excited the time has finally arrived. what a fabulous destination too!

for us girls, the party started some time ago with lindsay's first of four bridal showers. here we are at aunt trishell's where trish, chris and amanda threw a nice little party.




this weekend the boys are headed to vegas for travs bachelor party. i won't ask jake to take the camera. i don't want to see any of what goes on down there. but us grown up girls will head out on saturday for a day of pampering, shopping and dining. i'm looking forward to it and i will take the camera, don't you worry!
