it is with a giddy smile that i announce to you that my not-so-little little brother asked the darling to be his wife on their recent trip to the big city.

when i was made aware of the plan by my mom .. i felt a true giddiness that i haven't felt for a very long time. giddiness might not be a word but that's how i felt.

his darling, she is spectacular, she fits right in with our family and i can honestly say i've never felt even the slightest bit of discomfort in her presence. she's incredibly easy going which is perfect considering the bit of impatience my brother can have at times.

congratulations to the pair of you! i'm so excited for you to have tall skinny babies and a lifetime of love.
