a certain someone who knows my husband well came across this and felt it appropriate to share with me. 

she shall not be named so the judgments passed can be exclusively on me.

for fathers day the kids wrote out their own cards.  cayd picked his from target and i told him to write something he wanted his dad to know on fathers day.  he wrote, "thanks for being you" and i thought, "well said."

brooklyn and gavin made a list "what makes my dad special" which included attributes such as kindness,  funny, hair, beard etc.  gavin said "he juggles" (he doesn't).

we are lucky to call you ours.

we thank you for the hard work you do so we can live a good life.
