old friends

today i am grateful for old friends who are new friends.

i have been so happy to spend time with a couple of old friends who are new friends.  it had been years since i've seen these women and yet still, our friendly connections feel so natural.  i'm reminded why they were special girls in my life to begin with and i'm thankful for the opportunities to get to know them again.
