important stuff

husband might say i'm full of useless information but i think he kind of digs it.

he wouldn't have known about conan's mistreatment if it weren't for the mounds of useless information in my mind. "like" button for conan.

tuesday night, after the hub had been asleep for an hour or so, something woke him and he turned to me and asked what i was doing. i'm thinking about the sea lions. i was consumed with this story at that particular hour. luckily, they've started to return back to the pier. now i can sleep without thinking of this haunting image.

i spend a lot of time clicking around on the internet. this i where i find my useless information. did you know? in between drop off's and pick up's, breakfast and lunch. it is my joyful entertainment.

i love when ya'll link to your favorite sites on your own blogs. i love adding more to my favorites.
i have a few too that i check regularly that i'd like to share. these are my "quick" fix sites. not much reading involved. first, just me & my dad "a weekly theme, a weekly photo" both her and her dad take one photo a week following the same theme then they post their photo's side by side. i enjoy it. a lot. and habit two women (and guests) post a thought and a photo daily. i love this too. last, the satorialist. i don't dress cool (maybe in another life) but, i enjoy looking at people who do. like this guy.

happy thursday.

Dear Emily. Just wanted to let you know, I am taking that muffin/breakfast/substitution project. In fact, I am way too excited for it. I have half a post written on it, and I plan to do some kitchen testing this weekend. I will be letting you know soon. And updates on our life at the present. I am glad I am not the only one who knows those kinds of stories...I feel like I know some really random things, but then I realize that Drew knows even more random facts, so I feel much better :) I quite enjoy your random posts.

Oh my gosh, all of those sea lions or whatever they are...well, last weekend I was a chaperon at a beach birthday party and all of those sea lions were right off the beach in front of our beach house. There were TONS of them! I have been to the Oregon beach numerous times and NEVER have I seen so many sea lions. It was crazy. Glad to hear they are finding their way back home. See, your useless information just connected us. That's brilliant.
