i know i'm late but easter was great

we kicked off our easter weekend with an evening of egg dying at my parents house where my eggs were far more spectacular than my father's. too bad all the proof is on my mom's camera. i would love to hear you all root for me.

on saturday evening we had many of jon and natalies friends over to dinner to celebrate their up and coming day of marriage. someone gave this gift ...

husband made sure to comment to jon that he wouldn't see much of that gift after that day and i made sure to let him know that would be because every time she puts them on she'll have a baby nine months later making them seem a little more and more unappealing each time she opens her drawer.

after everyone left jake and i had the pleasure of putting together baskets from the bunny and filling way too many plastic eggs with way too much candy.

the kids were happy when they woke to a house full of eggs and yummy treats to spoil their breakfast.

b always loves an excuse to wear a dress and show off a dance move much unlike her mother. thanks to grandma linda for supporting this weird habit with the cute outfit.
